Description of the project
The project’s activities included the procurement of a new system for managing and monitoring operations in the food industry in the form of an advanced ERP system with equipment necessary for the implementation of a complete system. The implementation of the project enabled the integration and optimization of all business processes, thus ensuring better business management and greater utilization of resources.
Objectives and expected results of the project
Project goal: Increasing the number of customers and entering new markets, increasing revenue from the sale of goods, increasing the number of employees, better management of business processes and resources.
Expected results of the project: Acquired system for monitoring operations in the food industry (ERP), acquired computer and communication equipment necessary for the implementation of the project.
The total value of the project and the amount co-financed by the EU
Eligible project costs: HRK 350,000.00
Amount of EU co-financing: HRK 245,000.00
Project implementation period: 15.01.2020. – 15.07.2021.
