Green spaghetti with kale and parmesan
Ingredients:
200 g Ragusa spaghetti
4 cloves of garlic
250 g of kale
40 g of grated parmesan cheese
spoon of olive oil
salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cook Ragusa spaghetti for 8 min. Remove the stem of the kale, and cut the leaves as well as the peeled garlic. Add garlic and kale to the pan, pour over a spoonful of extra virgin olive oil and fry briefly. Put it together with the parmesan in a chopper and chop briefly. Place the resulting sauce in a bowl, add the cooked spaghetti, lightly season, mix well and the Green Spaghetti is ready to serve!
