Implemented certifications

Ragusa has implemented HACCP and IFS certifications, ensuring the health safety and high quality of our products. The construction of the new production hall, as well as all business processes, are carried out in accordance with the requirements of these certifications.

HACCP certifikat, kolor.

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point. It is a science-based process that consists of analyzing critical control points and a series of preventive measures with the ultimate goal of ensuring safe and healthy food. HACCP is essentially a self-control system in production to ensure product quality. The acquisition of automated production lines and quality control in every segment of production and distribution help us offer the market quality products with an optimal price-quality ratio.

IFS Food certifikat, logo kolor.

IFS Food is an international standard for assessing product and process compliance concerning food safety and quality. It applies to suppliers at all stages of food processing after the agricultural phase. IFS meets the criteria of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).
