PASTA WITH TOMATOE SAUCE

Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of pasta FIOLI or PARADISO (optional)
5 leaves of fresh basil
2 tablespoons of white ground almonds
2-4 garlic cloves
4-5 peeled tomatoes
olive oil
salt and pepper as desired

Preparation: Cook pasta FIOLI 12-14 min. (To the desired hardness "al dente"). Chop basil, add freshly ground almonds, crushed garlic, tomato sauce, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix all together with pasta. It can be served warm or cold.

PASTA WITH BROCCOLI

Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of FIOLI pasta or PARADISO (optional)
350 g broccoli
1 large red onion
5 tablespoons of olive oil
100 g bacon
4 dl cooking cream

Preparation: Simmer on olive oil onions and bacon cut into small pieces and pour over it cooking cream. Boil broccoli to soften, cut into small pieces and add to sauce. Cook FIOLI pasta for 12-14 min. (To the desired hardness "al dente") and mix with the sauce.

PASTA WITH MUSHROOMS, YOUNG ZUCCHINI AND BACON

Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of FIOLI pasta or PARADISO (optional)
8 mushrooms
3 young zucchini
100 g bacon
sheep milk cheese, if desired

Preparation: Simmer mushrooms and zucchini on oil and add bacon cut into small pieces. Cook the FIOLI pasta for 12-14 min. (To the desired hardness "al dente"). Mix all together. If desired, add sheep milk cheese.

PASTA WITH TRUFFLES

Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of FIOLI pasta or PARADISO (optional)
8 dag butter
6-8 grams of truffles
3 dl cooking cream
5 g grated cheese
salt and pepper

Preparation: Simmer truffles on butter, add salt and pepper, cooking cream and half of grated cheese. Cook FIOLI pasta for 12-14 min. (To the desired hardness "al dente") and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on the top.

PASTA WITH TUNA AND VEGETABLES

Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of FIOLI pasta or PARADISO (optional)
1 fresh red pepper
1 fresh green pepper
5 pickles
3-4 tablespoons of sweet corn
160 g tuna
300 g mayonnaise
salt as desired

Preparation: Cut peppers and cucumbers into cubes, add sweet corn, tuna and mayonnaise. Cook FIOLI pasta for 12-14 min. (To the desired hardness "al dente"). Mix all together and add salt. Serve cold.

PASTA WITH FOUR KINDS OF CHEESE

Ingredients for 4 people:
400 g of FIOLI pasta or PARADISO (optional)
10 dag Camembert
10 dag Gorgonzola
10 dag Emmental
5 g grated Parmesan cheese
2 dl sour cream
salt and pepper

Preparation: Melt all the cheese in a saucepan, add sour cream, pepper and salt. Cook FIOLI pasta for 12-14 min. (To the desired hardness "al dente") and pour the sauce over pasta. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
